ArtiQua emerged from a simple observation: organizations do not stall for lack of effort. They stall because work still has to travel through rooms, inboxes and systems that were never designed to finish it together.
Our story
ArtiQua Innovations was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic, as lockdowns made the cost of slow, paper-bound and fragmented operations impossible to ignore. The ambition was not a chatbot demo. It was an ecosystem that could make work move.
The first product in that ecosystem was an advanced virtual receptionist — a conversational system for customer interaction, lead capture and handoff. That product has been rebuilt and repositioned as VAR: an AI operational layer that can, where permitted, carry a request through systems rather than stopping at an answer.
We still believe the useful test of AI in Africa is not whether it looks imported. It is whether it can operate inside the mix of digital tools, mobile channels, legacy processes and human judgment that organizations already live with.
