Human oversight
Critical workflows can include approval gates and escalation. A person remains accountable for decisions the organization is not willing to automate.
Trust & Security
Enterprise and government buyers are right to be sceptical. This page is the contract we design toward — not a list of certifications we do not hold.

Agents interact only with the systems and actions they are authorized to access. Least privilege is a deployment decision, documented before go-live.
Relevant agent actions should be traceable: what was requested, which tool was called, what changed, and who was notified.
Organizational data is handled according to the agreed deployment architecture and the requirements that apply to that organization.
Secure integrations, authentication and controlled access. We design for the environment — including constrained infrastructure — rather than assuming a textbook cloud.
Not every decision should be autonomous. Credit, clinical judgment, procurement awards and similar acts stay with qualified humans.
Deployments are designed with appropriate privacy controls. Healthcare and public-sector work in particular are scoped as administrative, not intimate.
Where supported, operators can see workflow state and relevant action history. We show operational status, not a theatre of private chain-of-thought.
We do not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2, NDPC certification or equivalent unless ArtiQua actually holds them. If your procurement requires a named control framework, say so in the consultation — that is a design input.
The next generation of organizations will not just use software.
Turn conversations, information and processes into intelligent workflows built around your organization.
